Vacation Rental Ground Rules

1. Respect the Property

  • Treat the home like it’s your own (or better).
  • No roughhousing indoors, damaging furniture, or misuse of appliances.
  • Shoes off

2. No Parties or Extra Guests

  • Only approved guests are allowed—no inviting others over.
  • No parties, large gatherings, or loud music.

3. Keep Noise Under Control

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM 
  • Be mindful of neighbors at all times.

    4. Clean Up After Yourself

    • Pick up trash, dishes, and personal items daily.
    • Leave shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) clean after use.

      5. Food & Kitchen Use

      • Clean dishes after every meal.
      • No food left out overnight.
      • Respect others’ food unless shared.

        6. Safety First

        • No drugs, alcohol, or smoking.
        • Lock doors and windows when leaving.
        • No candles or fire hazards

          7. Respect House Rules & Amenities

          • Follow all posted house rules (pool, hot tub, etc.).
          • Use amenities responsibly—no glass near pools, no running indoors, etc.

              8. Be Responsible with Electronics & WiFi

              • Don’t download illegal content.
              • Keep volume reasonable.
              • Respect screen time expectations if set.

                  9. Check-In / Check-Out Responsibilities

                  • Follow assigned chores before leaving:
                    • Take out trash
                    • Load/start dishwasher
                    • Gather belongings
                  • Leave the home in good condition.

                      10. Accountability

                      • Everyone is responsible for their actions.
                      • Damages may result in consequences or loss of deposit and or be required to cover expenses to fix
